Piscine KachouThe steps involved in your service
Choose a spa for the way you use it
Seating, seat depth, jets and atmosphere: the right spa starts with how you plan to use it. We assess the model or concrete build against available space, access and desired features.
What we review with you
- Number of users and ergonomics
- Model, dimensions and equipment
- Integration with garden or terrace
Prepare the location and access.
The base, drainage and connections must be prepared before delivery. Technical components must remain accessible, even in a recessed layout. Requirements vary with the selected equipment.
What we review with you
- Suitable base and delivery route
- Connections planned with professionals
- Maintenance and draining access
Warm water needs regular care.
Filtration, disinfection and water balance are managed together. Treatment is selected for the spa according to its manual. We explain checks, filter cleaning and water replacement routines.
What we review with you
- Treatment compatible with the spa
- Filter and waterline cleaning
- Cover and operating instructions
Learn the controls and maintenance tasks
At commissioning, we review controls, cycles and maintenance. A temperature change, noise or display fault should be described with the equipment reference to prepare follow-up.
What we review with you
- Getting to know the controls
- Maintenance and consumables to plan
- Support for the installed model
Your questions before we start
Discuss my projectCan a spa be built into a terrace?
Yes, if the base, connections and maintenance access are planned. Cladding must not make equipment inaccessible. Site assessment comes before the final choice.
Can a spa be built in concrete?
A concrete spa can be considered for a bespoke project. Shape, seating, hydraulics, heating and finish are designed together around the technical constraints.
Does a spa need little maintenance?
Regular maintenance is still needed, even with automation. Water, filter, surfaces and cover each require checks. Frequency depends on use and the equipment manual.
