Piscine KachouThe steps involved in your service
Describe the symptom, not a guessed fault.
A pump that will not start, a new noise, bubbles at the returns or a falling water level: tell us what you see and when it began. A photo of the equipment label and plant room helps prepare a more focused visit.
What we review with you
- Symptom, frequency and circumstances
- Equipment reference, age and history
- Photos of the pool and installation
Find the cause, then propose a repair.
Diagnosis distinguishes an equipment defect from a circulation or connection issue. We explain the proposed repair, required parts and any limitations of older equipment before agreed work begins.
What we review with you
- Circuit and equipment checks
- Spare-part availability to confirm
- Repair or replace according to findings
Water loss needs a focused investigation.
Water level, weather and filtration operation provide clues but do not locate a leak by themselves. Wall fittings, pipes and finish are investigated according to observations and the checks required.
What we review with you
- Record levels and when the problem appears
- Wall fittings, seals and pipework
- Repair defined after locating the fault
Check the repair and settings
A visit ends with checks appropriate to the repair. We explain what to monitor, which settings changed and maintenance that may help prevent recurrence.
What we review with you
- Operational and connection checks
- Settings and instructions explained
- Follow-up suited to the repair
Your questions before we start
Discuss my projectWhat does the breakdown estimate include?
The estimator covers diagnosis using the displayed rates. Parts and repairs are specified after investigating the fault. An unknown repair cannot be accurately priced in advance.
Can I keep using a noisy pump?
An unusual noise should be checked. Describe it and consult the equipment manual. If there is an electrical fault or a leak onto electrical equipment, avoid handling it and call a professional.
How should I prepare for the visit?
Have equipment references, manuals and invoices available. Clear access to the plant room and note the symptoms. We will tell you what other information would be useful when we speak.
Real projects, in pictures.
The photographs show our pools and worksites. Equipment and work for your project will be defined in your quotation.
Let’s prepare your request.
Tell us your town, pool type and what you need. If you know the dimensions and equipment model numbers, include them in your message.
