Plant room & pipework

Connect everything. Keep everything accessible.

The plant room brings together the equipment that keeps your pool working. It is designed with buried pipework so circuits stay understandable and serviceable after finishing.

  • Suction and return identified
  • Valves and removable unions
  • Space for maintenance

Follow the water route

Suction feeds the strainer and pump, then the filter. Optional heating and treatment are connected according to their manuals before the return inlets. Bypasses and sensors depend on the selected equipment.

Make every branch understandable

Pipes are identified and valves remain accessible. A vacuum point has pipework suited to its use. Main drains and their protection require specific design; safety cannot be inferred from an image.

Allow room around equipment

Removing a basket, lifting a cartridge, dismantling a cell or reading a gauge must remain possible. Plan a dry, ventilated, accessible room with drainage suited to its location.

Hand over an identified installation

At commissioning, we explain normal valve positions, operation and shutdown. Circulation and safety functions are checked against manuals. Chemicals are stored separately according to their requirements.

Your questions answered

Let's discuss your installation
How large should the plant room be?

It depends on equipment and service clearances. We design it for the complete installation, not pump size alone.

Can heating be added later?

It can be anticipated with reserved space and suitable services. Power, flow and outdoor location must be checked.

Must the plant room be close to the pool?

Distance and elevation affect pipework and pump choice. They are considered alongside access and noise.
