Assess deposits and surfaces
Leaves, dust, scale and waterline marks need different approaches. We start with pool condition, finish type and filtration operation to define the cleaning needed.
What we review with you
- Type and location of deposits
- Compatibility with the finish
- Basket and filtration condition
Floor, walls and waterline, including the corners.
Cleaning combines debris removal, suitable brushing and vacuuming according to the equipment and pool. Steps, corners and visible fittings are checked. Tools and products are chosen to respect the surfaces.

Water quality: test before treating.

- Accessories suited to the finish
Your questions before we start
Discuss my projectMust the pool be drained for cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many tasks can be performed with water in the pool. Any draining must be assessed against the structure, finish, ground and discharge arrangements.
Can a cleaner solve green water?
A cleaner may remove some deposits, but the cause must be investigated through water balance, disinfection and filtration. Cleaning then forms part of an overall recovery plan.
Which products should I use on the waterline?
It depends on the finish and the deposit. Use only methods compatible with the material’s instructions; overly aggressive products may damage the surface or joints.
